By buying these apartments you can expect to get a rent that ranges from 250 to 400€, depending on the apartments you buy since we have 4 and they are all different sizes.

Since you have sold some of the aprtments already, please provide a good estimate of all associated costs beyond your asking price, so I can look at my financing. Thank you very much for your comment and for your continuous interest in our apartments!
The fees for the notary, paperwork, taxes and other fees like land registration cost approximately 10% of the sales prices, so this is what you can count on.
Besides these fees there are monthly fees for the building maintenance, gardening, garbage disposal, clearing of private road and parking, elevator maintenance, cleaning of common areas/stairs/halls and any repairs needed.
The fee also includes water and heating so it can vary each year according to consumption.
The fees for 2010 are as follows:
Apartment 212 : 106€
Apartment 232 : 285€
The apartments were all occupied for half a year, so if you are planning to use the apartments for holiday use only be assured that the fee will drop in accordance with the lower consumption.
